These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our parquet flooring products. 

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Natural wood variations may occur.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supply chain factors.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 5 days only for unopened and undamaged items.

Custom or made-to-order parquet is non-refundable.

5. Warranty

Our parquet flooring is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, or exposure to moisture.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Canada/Ontario]. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration.
